Quick User Guide

Making a Call

Dial the number, then press the dial icon. After dialing the number or answering a call you will have access to different features like Mute, Hold, Transfer, Etc.

Transfer

After dialing the number or answering a call you will have access to different features like Mute, Hold, Transfer, Etc.
Blind Transfer by pressing the icon, dial the number and press complete transfer.

Attendant Transfer during an active call transfer the call by pressing the icon and dial the number, after the call is answer announce the call and press complete transfer.

Place the call on hold by pressing the icon.
