We are a school and I can honestly say that the transition from our old phone system to the new system with highcomm went very smooth. Given the fact that we needed phone service on a daily basis there was little to no interruption. There were a few glitches the first couple of weeks; however, their customer service response time was excellent. They were available by email or phone. The glitches we had were fixed either that same day if not the following day. We are very happy with their service, excellent response time and friendliness (very important too!) and would recommend them to other schools.
